How we store and protect your data

Enquiry submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated as part of this website's hosting infrastructure. We use a hidden honeypot field, Cloudflare Turnstile (when configured), and rate limiting (up to five submissions per IP address within a 15-minute window, tracked via Cloudflare KV when available) to reduce automated abuse.

After an enquiry is stored, we send an email notification to the business using Resend so Melissa can review and respond. That email includes the enquiry details you submitted.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, follow up with you, and maintain a reasonable business record. We do not keep enquiry records indefinitely.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, D1 database, KV rate limiting, and Turnstile bot protection
• Resend — transactional email delivery of enquiry notifications to the business

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the services described above.
