Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Dog Sitting Manchester website or send me an enquiry. Dog Sitting Manchester is owned and run by Melissa, so “I”, “me” and “my” below mean Melissa. The terms are written in plain language so you know what to expect.

About the service

Dog Sitting Manchester provides dog day care and overnight boarding. You bring your dog to me and collect them at the agreed times. I review each enquiry personally to check fit, care needs, and the right next step before any booking.

After you enquire

I will contact you to discuss your dog's needs, answer questions, and agree any care arrangement before care begins.

Accurate information

Please give me honest, accurate details about your dog and your contact information so I can assess care safely and reply promptly. If anything changes before care starts, let me know as soon as you can.

Care standards

I aim to provide attentive care tailored to each dog. Specific care arrangements, pricing, your drop-off and collection times, and any special requirements are agreed with you directly before the service goes ahead.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false enquiries, or misuse the enquiry form. The form uses technical measures, including rate limiting and bot protection, to stay reliable for genuine customers.

Liability

I provide this website and enquiry service on a reasonable-efforts basis. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where they apply. Agreed care services are subject to the terms discussed and confirmed with you directly when a booking is made.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how I handle personal data collected through the enquiry form.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
